Making an Easter egg is certainly one of the most
exciting and fun activities to celebrate Easter. Decoration of the
colorful Easter eggs depends upon your choice of colors and pattern-
decorate your eggs as simple or fancy as you want! Before decorating the
eggs, you need to get the inside of the egg out, without breaking the
shell! Don't worry that is very simple to do. How? You blow the egg out.
Collect the following things
Eggs, A needle, A bowl
Using the needle, make a small hole in the narrow end of the egg, and a
slightly larger one at the other end. To tear the membrane around the
yolk, move the pin around. Now, blow through the small hole, which will
result into the egg coming out pf the larger hole into the bowl. Rinse
the egg well with water. "When drying eggs, use bleach container
lids - they don't make a ring around the bottom of the egg." Your
eggs are now ready to decorate. Let your imagination and creativity run
wild!
Use any of these things to decorate your eggs
Paints, Ribbons, Sequins, Glitter, Lace, Colored foil, Felt tip pens,
Fabric, scraps, Tassels, Dye kit
Make use of candles to drip wax onto eggs. After the wax sets, put the
egg into some dye. Now, take the egg out and let it drain. You can
either peel the wax off or you can drip some more on and dip it in
another color. Make use of the lighter colours first. After finishing,
peel off the wax carefully. The exciting and colorful Easter egg is
ready.
Keep all the supplies which may be needed at the time of making
decorations. And if you don't want to use the real eggs, you can always
go for the artificial ones.
